Marketing Manager Carte Noire

Now we are searching for Marketing Manager for our premium brand Carte Noire and MultiServe Category (Beans and Roast&Grounded coffee).

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To develop and implement consumer winning marketing strategies in Russia in order to achieve NOS, profit and market share objectives.
• To lead strategies development for Russia, to identify new market opportunities that the brands can exploit, land global positioning and portfolio strategies, contribute to global creative campaign development and consequently lead global campaign amplification in RU market. Be brand equity leader in region.
• To lead development and implementation of country operating plan:

1. development and execution of communication plan; manage agencies partners to deliver strong breakthrough consumer communication
2. brand portfolio management
3. NPD and launch projects management
4. delivering pricing discipline: strategy vs competition, price monitoring and analysis
5. brand P&L management
6. sales forecasting and analysis
7. brand marketing budget planning, analysis and control

• Manage, develop and motivate team (Group BMs, BMs) to achieve business vision and results.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Track of success in big international or local brand stand-alone management (at least 5-8 years)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong team management and development skills
• Ability to demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to identify insights and develop strategies to unlock growth opportunities
• Thorough understanding of finance
• Be degree qualified in Business/Marketing or a related discipline
• Proficient MS Office user
• Fluent English
